This is the calendar for a business that files GST every month. Quarterly filers have fewer dates. We tell you yours on day one.
Who approves what
You approve. We file.
- You see every return before it is filed. The amount, the figures, all of it.
- A company approves with a digital signature. Others use a digital signature or an OTP. We tell you which one is yours before the first filing.
- Nothing goes to any portal in your name without your approval. That is the law, and it is also how you stay in control.

We connect to Tally, Zoho, Busy or your ERP and read the data as it is. No software? Send bills by email or WhatsApp and we do the entry.
A Google Drive folder
Made in your own Google account and shared with us. Filed returns, receipts and your monthly profit and loss report land there as they happen.
Two promises on dates
You see every date. If we are the reason a filing is late, you do not pay for that month.

Your Drive folder holds a filing calendar: every date for your business, and where each one stands. Not started, waiting for you, ready for approval, filed. You never have to call and ask.
Late because of us? That month is free.
The dates are set by the government and we work to them. If a filing is late because of us, that month costs you nothing, and we pay the late fee our delay caused. If it is late because papers or your approval came after the agreed cut-off, we tell you before the date. In writing, not after. The cut-offs and the limit are in your engagement letter.
Moving to PageX mid-year
What happens to the months before us.
A financial year gives one income tax return, one audit if you need one, and one set of ROC filings. If you join us part way through, the months before us are still inside that year. Here is how we handle them.
We start from your last filed return.
We take the closing position from whatever was filed last and carry it forward.
We look at the earlier months on the first call.
If anything from before us needs a closer look before the year ends, we tell you then.
Anything extra is quoted before it starts.
Old years that need cleaning up are a separate job. You see the price first.
The year has to add up.
Your yearly return covers the whole year, so the months your last accountant did must match what was filed. Checking that is part of moving over.
Changing over
Moving is easier than you think.
- Tell your current accountant whenever you are ready. It works on your timeline.
- We need three things: your GST login, your last filed returns, and your books as they are today, in whatever software they are in.
- Before we start, you get an engagement letter. Scope, fee and who does what, in writing.
- From then on, send bills any way you like, or let us pull them from your software.
Almost all the work of changing is ours.

How fast do you reply?
Message us before 7 pm on a working day and a person replies the same day. After that, the next morning. You will not have to remind us. If you find yourself doing it, tell us.
What if a filing is late?

My earlier years are a mess. Is that a problem?
No. We start from the month you join. Old years stay as they are. If you want them cleaned up, we look and quote it separately.
