1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PageX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PageX provides AI search optimization services for Shopify stores. The Service helps merchants optimize their product pages and store content for AI search engines including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity, improving product discoverability in AI-generated answers.

3. Eligibility

To use PageX, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Shopify store
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

PageX offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

5.2 Free Plan

We offer a Free plan that includes up to 10 pages. No credit card is required. The Free plan has a hard stop at 10 pages with no overage billing. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access more pages and additional features.

5.3 Payment

Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's native billing system. For non-Shopify stores, payment is processed via Stripe using all major credit cards. Bank transfer is available on request for Scale plan subscribers ($499/month and above) — contact us at support@pagex.to to arrange. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact support@pagex.to within 30 days of your initial payment.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use PageX to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Overload or interfere with our infrastructure
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Misuse optimization tools to create misleading content

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of PageX is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your store and customers.

9. Intellectual Property

PageX and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. User Content

You retain all rights to content you submit through PageX (optimization settings, configurations, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

PageX integrates with Shopify and may integrate with other third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PageX regarding the Service.
