How to Cancel
Cancel PageX by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin:
1. Go to Shopify Admin > Apps
2. Find PageX
3. Click "Delete"
4. Confirm the uninstall
Shopify automatically cancels your billing subscription when the app is uninstalled.
What Happens to Your Schema
When you uninstall PageX, all schema injected by PageX is removed from your store automatically. Your pages return to their pre-PageX state.
No Long-Term Contracts
PageX is billed monthly through Shopify Billing. There are no annual contracts or cancellation fees.
Billing After Cancellation
You are billed for the current billing cycle up to the cancellation date. No further charges occur after uninstalling.
Re-Installing PageX
You can reinstall PageX at any time. Your account settings and historical data are retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Downgrade Instead of Cancel
If cost is a concern, consider downgrading to the Free plan rather than cancelling entirely. You keep your account and 10 pages remain optimized.
