Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time, in accordance with GDPR Article 17 and CCPA regulations.
Automatic Deletion on Cancellation
When you uninstall PageX, your store content data is automatically queued for deletion. Deletion completes within 90 days of uninstallation.
Requesting Immediate Deletion
To request immediate deletion of all your data:
1. Email privacy@pagex.to from the address associated with your PageX account
2. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request — [your store URL]"
3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours
4. Deletion is completed within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
A deletion request removes:
- All store content cached by PageX
- Your account settings and history
- Usage analytics tied to your account
What Cannot Be Deleted
Anonymized aggregate statistics (not tied to your store) may be retained for product improvement.
Confirmation
You will receive written confirmation when deletion is complete.
