Where to Find Your Invoices
PageX billing is handled through Shopify. Access your invoices in Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing > Bills.
Invoice Contents
Each invoice includes:
- Billing period
- Plan subscription charge
- Overage charges (if applicable)
- Payment method used
- Transaction ID
Downloading Invoices
From Shopify Billing, click any bill to view details and download a PDF copy.
Automated Report Emails
On Growth and Scale plans, you can set up monthly usage reports sent directly to your email. Go to Settings > Reports > Email Reports.
Billing Contact
For invoice corrections or billing questions, contact support@pagex.to. Include your store URL and the relevant invoice date for fastest resolution.
VAT and Tax
Shopify handles VAT and applicable taxes based on your location. Tax details appear on each invoice from Shopify.
