What we collect, and what we do with it.

This website

This site has no contact form, no login and no tracking cookies. Nothing on it collects information about you. If you want to reach us you send a WhatsApp message or an email, and at that point we have whatever you chose to send.

If you become a client

To do your accounting we hold what the work requires: your business details, your invoices, bills and bank statements, your tax registrations and portal access, and the records we produce from them.

Documents are kept in a Google Drive folder shared with you. Your books are kept in a database we control. Messages you send us stay in WhatsApp.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not doing your work. Where the law requires a disclosure, or where you ask us to give something to your bank, your auditor or your investor, we do that and we tell you.

Software we use

Your records pass through the software we use to do the work, including WhatsApp, Google Drive, our database, and the AI models that read documents and prepare drafts. We choose these deliberately and we can tell you exactly what is used where if you ask.

Sensitive documents

If you would rather not send something over WhatsApp, put it in the Drive folder instead. For bank statements and anything with personal details on it, we would prefer you did.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct something and we will. If you stop working with us, ask for your records and you get them, and tell us what you want deleted and we will delete what we are not required to keep. Some records have to be retained for a statutory period, and we will say which.
