We ask for a few specific things, each for one clear reason. You can take any of them back whenever you want. Your bank login and your digital signature stay with you, always.
What we ask for
Four things, each for one reason.
Your GST portal login, once
So we can file your returns and check your GST credit every month. The portal is built to give outside access like this. You can take it back any time from inside the portal, without changing your password.
Your income tax and TDS portal access, once
So we can check your TDS credit, see notices and file your income tax return. The TDS portal is called TRACES. Same rule: you can withdraw the access whenever you want.
Your bank statement, every month
This is how we match your books to what really happened in your account. A statement is a document, not a login. We never ask for your bank login.
Access to where your invoices arrive
Your sales invoices, or the inbox they land in, so nothing is missed. If you would rather forward each one yourself, that works too.

Your digital signature
It is a device or a file that only you hold. We prepare every filing and send it to you. You are the one who signs.
Your bank login
We never ask for it. If anyone asks you for it in our name, it is not us.
Your portal logins
Access is given the way each portal is built to give it, and you can take it back from inside the portal at any time.
Where things live
Two places.
Your documents
Bills, invoices, notices and anything you send us live in a Google Drive folder. It is made in your own Google account and shared with us, not the other way round.
Your books
Your ledgers and workings are held in a database we run, on Amazon Web Services, in the United States. Not a spreadsheet passed around by email.
Our rules
Four rules we keep.
- Bills, invoices and notices on WhatsApp. That is what WhatsApp is for here.
- Logins and bank statements go in your Drive folder, never on WhatsApp. If one arrives on WhatsApp anyway, we move it to Drive, delete the WhatsApp copy, and tell you.
- Your documents are never used to train AI models. The software we use, Claude by Anthropic, reads what you send and drafts the work. A person reviews it before anything reaches you.
- Every change to your books is recorded: what changed, when, and why. Ask us and we show you.
Leaving
The folder outlives the relationship.
If you leave
Your Drive folder stays yours. We hand your books to your next accountant in a form they can use. No notice period.
If we stop
Your Drive folder does not depend on us. It already sits in your own Google account.
