What this website is.
Who we are
This site is run by Nikhil Goyal from Gurugram. If you become a client, the engagement letter names the entity you contract with and carries its registration details.

Everything on this site describes what we do in general terms. None of it is tax, legal or accounting advice for your particular situation, and you should not act on it without asking us or someone else about your own case. If you act on something here without asking, that decision is yours. What we are responsible for is set out in your engagement letter.
Becoming a client
This website describes PageX in general terms. You become a client only after an engagement letter is agreed and signed. That letter governs the work.
Nothing here is a quote
We do not publish prices. Any fee is agreed with you directly, in writing, before work starts.
You authorise your own filings
We prepare returns and file them, and you authorise every submission with your digital signature or an OTP. As the taxpayer you remain responsible for what is filed in your name, which is why nothing goes out before you have seen it.
Rules change
Indian tax rates, thresholds and due dates are amended regularly. We review these pages, and we check the position that applies before we file anything for you. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
Governing law
These terms, and anything to do with this website, are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
How these terms change
We may update this page as our services or the law change. If a change materially affects an existing client, we tell them on WhatsApp. This version is effective from 1 September 2026.
