Every month
One report every month. Profit, cash, and who owes you money.
Many owners run the business by watching the bank balance and guessing the rest. That works until a bank or an investor asks a direct question, and nobody has the numbers ready. Every month we send you one report, built from books that are already done. Accountants call it an MIS report. It shows your profit and your cash. It shows who owes you money, who you owe, and how your GST and TDS stand. One page, ready for you or for anyone you show it to.
- The one-page report, every month, inside your fee
- More detail on top, quoted separately
- A reply the same working day
An example of how it goes. Email, a Drive folder or your own software works the same way.

What we do
What we do for you.
We build the report from books already done.
Every entry for the month is recorded and matched to your bank before the report is made.
You see your profit and loss for the month.
What you sold, what you spent, and what is left. The same layout every month, so you can compare one month with the next.
You see your cash position.
What is in the bank today, and the payments due against it in the coming weeks.
You see who owes you, and who you owe.
Each amount with how long it has been outstanding, so an old due does not stay hidden.
You can add budget against actual.
What you planned to spend and earn, next to what happened that month. This sits on the detailed report, quoted separately.
You see where your GST and TDS stand.
What is filed, what is paid, and what is due next, on the same page as the rest of your numbers.
What we need from you
Your side of it.
Small things, sent any way you like. We do the rest.
- Nothing extra, if we already keep your books
- Your budget or targets for the year, if you have them
- A quick answer when a number needs an explanation
A bank balance tells you what is in the account today. This report tells you why, and what to expect next month.

Questions
What people ask about MIS reports.
Do you need to keep my books to build this report?
Yes. The report is built from books closed every month. If we already keep your books, there is nothing extra to send. If we do not, ask us what is involved.
Can the report go to my bank or an investor directly?
Yes. It is written so someone outside the business can read it. A bank may also ask for your audited accounts for the year. We prepare what they ask for.
Can you show how old the amounts customers owe me are?
Yes. Every amount owed to you and by you carries how long it has been outstanding. You see which dues are old and which are recent.
I already get a profit and loss report every month. What does this add?
The profit and loss report is part of it. This report adds your cash position, what is owed to you and by you, and where your GST and TDS stand. All of it fits on one page. Budget against actual and margin by product or channel sit on the detailed report.
Is this report part of my monthly fee?
The one-page report is. You get it every month, built from the books we already keep. Reports beyond that page are quoted separately, before they start. That means budget against actual, margin by product or channel, or a layout for your bank or investor.
Can I ask for a different number or a different layout?
Yes. Tell us what a bank or an investor is asking for. We quote the extra work before it starts, and it comes with your monthly report.
