Pricing
One fixed fee. Every month.
No charge per filing. No separate bill in March. No joining fee. Tell us four things about your business and you get your number in the first conversation, wherever in India you are.
What the fee covers
- Your books, every month, matched to your bank
- GST returns, every month or quarter
- TDS payments every month and returns every quarter
- A one-page monthly report: profit, cash, money owed to you and by you
- Your business income tax return and advance tax
- ROC filings, if you are a company or an LLP
- Routine GST, TDS and income tax notices
- Every filing checked before you approve it
- A reply the same working day
Late because of us? That month is free, and we pay the late fee.
What decides the fee
Four things. Tell us these and you are most of the way there.
Your turnover
A bigger business has more entries to match, and often an audit alongside.
Bills a month
10 bills a month and 400 bills a month are different jobs, even at the same turnover.
GST registrations
One state is one set of returns. Three states is three.
Your structure
A company or an LLP has ROC filings on top of tax. A proprietor or a partnership does not.
Not in the fee
Four things sit outside it. We tell you before, never after.
- Payroll, MIS reports beyond the one-page monthly report, audit, due diligence and a Virtual CFO. We quote each one before it starts, and the auditor's fee for an audit is shown separately
- Government fees and late fees that come from before you joined us
- Your digital signature. You buy it once and it stays yours
- Old years that need cleaning up. We look, then quote it before we start
The deal
Five short answers.
Is the fee really fixed?
Yes. It is agreed with you in writing before any work starts. There is no charge per filing and no bigger bill waiting at the end of the year.
Is GST charged on top of your fee?
Yes, like any service. Our invoice shows it as a separate line. If your business is registered for GST, you claim that amount back, so it is not a real cost to you.
What if a filing is late?
If it is late because of us, that month is free, and we pay the late fee our delay caused. If it is late because papers or your approval came after the agreed cut-off, we tell you before the date. In writing, not after. The cut-offs and the limit on what we pay are in your engagement letter.
Is there a lock-in or a notice period?
No. You can leave whenever you want. Your Drive folder is yours, and we hand your books to your next accountant in a form they can use.
Why is the number not on this page?
Because it depends on your business, and a wrong number helps nobody. Send us your turnover, your bills a month, your GST registrations and your headcount. You get your fee in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.
Next step
Tell us about your business. Let us talk today.
Tell us what your business does and what you are dealing with now. We reply the same working day, and the fee comes up in that first conversation, before you commit to anything.
Or fill in the short form and we reply the same way.
We reply the same working day. A real answer, not a calendar link.
